We strive to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary needs, but cannot always guarantee availability. Please bring your own clean takeout containers if you would like to take home leftovers. Bring a towel, a yoga strap or belt, and a sense of curiosity. *Participants should be able to move down to the floor and back up without assistance, as classes include both seated and standing poses. We strive to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary needs, but cannot always guarantee availability. Please bring your own clean takeout containers if you would like to take home leftovers.
