Join our free, community-led yoga sessions open to all levels! Each week builds on the last as we explore foundational movements, postures, and breathwork. Bring a towel, a yoga strap or belt, and a sense of curiosity. *Participants should be able to move down to the floor and back up without assistance, as classes include both seated and standing poses. A space for seniors to socialise and play games!

Introduce your children to the richness of Mexican dance, culture, and tradition through this engaging weekly program. Participants will enjoy dance instruction in Spanish, explore traditional Mexican music, learn about cultural practices, and showcase their new skills through performances. Interested?
