Fernwood NH is a partner organization facilitating The Get Growing, Victoria! program. Join us in March, May, July, and September to access free soil-building materials (such as compost, wood chips, and leaf mulch) and seedlings. The City of Victoria aims to connect these materials to residents who face barriers to growing their own food.
We invite folks of all ages to join this free intergenerational art drop-in! Connect, create collaborative art, and share stories. No art experience needed — just bring your imagination! This is a welcoming space to express yourself, connect with others, and contribute to a collective artwork that celebrates our community. No registration required. Snacks and art supplies provided.
This Out-of-School Care program supports children attending École George Jay Elementary School, offering care before and after the school day, as well as full-day programming during school closures. The program is rooted in play, connection, and continuity between school, family life, and community. For wait pool registration information please see our child care subpages. This program runs during the school year from September-June.
Our Infant and Toddler program provides licensed, nurturing care for young children in an environment grounded in relationships, play, and responsiveness. We recognize that the earliest years are shaped by trust, consistency, and connection, and we work closely with families to support each child’s development at their own pace. Our 3–5 Year-Old programs offer licensed, play-based early learning environments where children build confidence, relationships, and a strong sense of belonging within a caring community.
