    Join our free, community-led yoga sessions open to all levels! Each week builds on the last as we explore foundational movements, postures, and breathwork. Bring a towel, a yoga strap or belt, and a sense of curiosity. *Participants should be able to move down to the floor and back up without assistance, as classes include both seated and standing poses.     Childcare

    This Out-of-School Care program supports children attending École George Jay Elementary School, offering care before and after the school day, as well as full-day programming during school closures. The program is rooted in play, connection, and continuity between school, family life, and community. For wait pool registration information please see our child care subpages. This program runs during the school year from September-June.
