Family Programs

Best Babies

Best Babies is a supportive, relationship-centered program for pregnant and post-partum people with infants in their first year of life. Rooted in Fernwood Neighbourhood House’s commitment to equity and care, the program works alongside families who may be facing economic barriers, isolation, or added stress during the perinatal period.

Location: 1240 Gladstone Ave.

Bringing families together

The program brings families together for shared meals, learning, and connection. Sessions create space to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and access support in ways that respect each family’s strengths, culture, and lived experience.

Best Babies is part of the Canadian Prenatal Nutrition Program, delivered by Fernwood Neighbourhood House with funding from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC).
