The program runs on Tuesdays out of the Quadra Village Community Centre and on Wednesdays and Thursdays out of the Fernwood Community Centre.  \nSessions open with a shared meal and are followed by an educational topic and discussion led by staff and various community professionals such as public health nurses\, dieticians\, oral hygienists\, and more. Participants are welcome to bring their infant’s siblings and/or a support person.   \nIf you are a parent (or an expecting parent) who is interested in joining this program\, please contact us at bestbabies@fernwoodnrg.ca or by phone/text at (250)-580-3579.  \nThank you to the Public Health Agency of Canada who provides funding for this program.
