The program runs on Tuesdays out of the Quadra Village Community Centre and on Wednesdays and Thursdays out of the Fernwood Community Centre.  \nSessions open with a shared meal and are followed by an educational topic and discussion led by staff and various community professionals such as public health nurses\, dieticians\, oral hygienists\, and more.
